Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn't quite right, here's what you need to know about returning items.

  • Unwanted items must be in their original condition and unopened ready for resale by ledgrowstore.co.uk
  • Faulty goods must be returned in full – if a replacement is needed it will be a like-for-like swap.
  • The purchaser must not be business or company that has bought the goods with the intention of re-selling to a third party.
  • Perishable products, including nutrients and grow media cannot be returned unless faulty.

1. How Long Do I Have to Return an Item?

For unwanted items, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a full refund or exchange.

Faulty items returned within 30 days will receive a replacement or full refund.

Faulty items returned within 120 Days will be repaired or replaced.

If the item is tested and found not to be faulty you are liable for any shipping costs in receiving and returning the goods.

Please note:

  • For faulty items returned after 120 days you will be asked to prove that the item was faulty at the point of purchase.
  • If you find that any item(s) on your order do not operate as expected, DO NOT tamper with or otherwise try to repair it yourself as this will invalidate your warranty.

2. Condition of Unwanted Returned Items

Items must be unused, in their original, sellable condition with original packaging intact. This helps us to process your return quickly and ensure that you receive a full refund.

Fair deductions will be made to any items received back not in their original sellable condition on as case by case basis. Please package the item adequately for return, items damaged in transit back to us which haven't been adequately packaged may result in a deduction of the amount returned. 

Please note:

  • Grow tents, when unpackaged cannot be returned to their original packaging and their sellable value is reduced, please measure your space prior to purchasing a grow tent.

3. How to Return Your Item

Step 1:

Get in touch with our customer service team at info@ledgrowstore.co.uk to let us know you'd like to return your item.

Step 2:

For faulty goods, our customer services team will arrange a collection free of charge.

For unwanted goods, please have these posted to the address below including a copy of our returns form or as a minimum your order number and delivery address. We can arrange a courier for you at a cost of £19.95 per box or £34.95 per box for anything over 1.2m in length.


Please note:

  • If you arrange your own courier, you are responsible for any losses or damage during transit.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 
  • If an item is returned as faulty but is discovered to be in working order the cost of postage will be deducted from any refund due.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 14 days. Helping you to claim warranty from suppliers where applicable outside of normal returns time frames. Refunds will be made to your original payment method or to store credit depending on your preference.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, we can arrange an exchange as long as the item is in stock. Depending on the condition of the returned goods, the date you ordered, and any differences in retail value this may result in a refund or additional charge.
