Let's be honest, watering is incredibly easy to forget. You get busy, you go away for the weekend or you have a lie-in, and suddenly your plants are looking at you as if you've personally betrayed them.
The Mars Hydro Drip Irrigation & Auto Drain Kit is a complete four-plant drip irrigation and drainage system for grow tents and indoor gardens. It feeds water straight to the root zone through adjustable drippers, then deals with the runoff afterwards, so you spend far less time crawling round the tent with a watering can.
Precision Watering Without The Watering Can.
A 250ml/s pump draws water or nutrient solution from the 50 litre foldable reservoir and sends it out to eight drippers. Each one adjusts from 0 to 100%, so a hungry plant can have more and a smaller one can have less. Far more precise than a hosepipe and a prayer.
And Then There's The Runoff.
Automated watering is only half the battle, because excess water has to go somewhere. The trays collect it under the grow bags and a 25W, 200ml/s drainage pump with a built-in water-level detector switches itself on when runoff builds up and off again once it's clear. With 5 metres of lift it can go to a drain or container well away from the tent, so nobody has to reach in with a bucket at seven on a Sunday morning.
Healthy Roots Like Good Drainage.
Roots need water and oxygen in the right balance. Too little water and plants struggle, too much and saturated compost starves the roots of air, which is how root rot gets started. Water goes in from above, runoff comes out below, and the grow bags never sit in a puddle.
Your Grow Doesn't Need You Standing Next To It.
Add a Mars Hydro iTime or iHub Pro and you get scheduled watering and remote control through the MarsPro app. Add Smart Soil Sensors and an iControl and you can keep an eye on moisture and EC in the root zone too. Then that weekend away no longer needs a three-page manual for whoever you've persuaded to look after the plants.

It's built for soil or coco in grow bags, where water drains through and needs taking away. The 8 drippers will feed up to 8 plants or two per plant, the gardener's choice, and one pump can run extra trays.
